Part 1: The Guest Experience

The guest journey is designed for friction-less entry. By utilizing their mobile devices, players maintain autonomy over their wait time without crowding the physical counter.

📝

1. Self-Registration

Guests input up to 3 Queue Numbers, select their preferred Blinds, and use their Phone Number as a secure login.

🔍

2. Live Monitoring

Through the Live Board dashboard, players track the exact number of patrons waiting across every blind category in real-time.

🚨

3. Action Required

When the counter calls a queue, the guest's screen turns red, initiating the critical 10-minute response window to secure their seat.

The 10-Minute SLA Window

To maintain table liquidity and reduce idle seat time, the system enforces a strict 10-minute Service Level Agreement (SLA) countdown once a player is called.

Option 1: Proceeding "On the way"
Option 2: Delay Request "Need more Time"
Option 3: Abandonment "Cancel queue"
Failure to Respond: If the countdown expires without action, the queue automatically transitions to "Time's Up", allowing staff to purge the record.

Live Board Status Distribution

A healthy queue ecosystem balances incoming registrations with seat turnover. The chart below illustrates the target distribution of player statuses during peak operational hours. A highly inflated "Pending" slice indicates a bottleneck.

Pending Awaiting Staff
Confirmed In Queue
Next Priority Seat

Time's Up SLA Expired

👨‍💻 Part 2: Counter Staff Operations

Staff maintain complete authority over the board via a hidden portal. The progression of a queue ticket follows a strict four-stage linear workflow ensuring fair and transparent seating.

1
Status Action

Confirm

Verifies physical ticket and enters guest into the official waiting list.

2
Status Action

Set 'Next'

Pre-alerts the guest that they are currently at the absolute top of the list.

3
Status Action

Call (10m)

Triggers the strict 10-minute SLA countdown timer on the guest's device.

4
Resolution

Arrive / Remove

Finalizes the queue. Instantly shifts all lower queues upward on the board.

Part 3: Player Movement Analytics

The integrated Player Movement List (PML) logs table and seat transfer requests. Tracking these movements provides insight into game liquidity. The bar chart demonstrates typical hourly transfer volume segregated by blind tiers, highlighting where floor management attention is most required.
