When the counter calls a queue, the guest's screen turns red, initiating the critical 10-minute response window to secure their seat.
The 10-Minute SLA Window
To maintain table liquidity and reduce idle seat time, the system enforces a strict 10-minute Service Level Agreement (SLA) countdown once a player is called.
Live Board Status Distribution
A healthy queue ecosystem balances incoming registrations with seat turnover. The chart below illustrates the target distribution of player statuses during peak operational hours. A highly inflated "Pending" slice indicates a bottleneck.
